I am Paul Crooks CEO and founder of Grove Security. I have been in the security industry for over 15 years. My career started by stewarding for my local football team. After completing my SIA security industry qualifications, i progressed onto working for the response teams. I also worked many bars, clubs and public houses in Essex.

Following this, i discovered that there was more to give to the security industry and customer services for our clients. I have taken the leap forward and created Grove Security to make the customers' experience more enjoyable and stress-free but with a high standard of safety.

At Grove Security we can offer: Close Protection Officers (Ex-Military), Dog Handlers, Door Supervisors, Static Guards, CCTV Operators, Stewards and Car Park Monitors.
